“Usually an insomniac, I've tuned in to this podcast each night for a week and it puts me to sleep.
Starting out amusing and wry, these 30+ minute ramblings drop you like a tranquilizer dart.
The narratives start coherent but soon drift or disintegrate like a Godard film. OK, maybe not like Godard but disorienting nonetheless with details and non sequiturs that lull you into drowsiness. Halfway through an episode, I'm checked out and sawing logs.
This podcast is more effective for me than white noise, nature sounds, binaural beats, subliminal message delta waves, blah, blah, blah. I highly recommend trying it to distract those who, like me, experience stress or racing thoughts at bedtime. 😌💤
