Geraldine is a Menopause Yoga teacher from Belfast, she leads workshops and specialised classes for women transitioning in their menopause years, nurturing women through their journey with yoga, cooling breathwork, education and self-care techniques that will help make the journey smoother. This episode focuses on understanding menopause, the symptoms, what menopause actually is and how women can look after themselves at this stage of their lives.
