Steadily growing
After listening to the first podcast i had a lot mixed emotions about the team of steadytrade. Contemplating if i should write a review at that time i thought it would have been pre-fire on my part, so i decided to give the team a chance. Jumping through hoops, heavily rolling my eyes and pushing through to episode 4 i finally have accepted and appreciate the steadytrade team. Tim Bohen and Steve Johnson bring a well rounded view base on the new and old, experienced and amateur, air head and stubborn mentality to your trader ears. Some may like parts of the podcast as they play sound jokes to give life to the topic but some rather appreciate the entertainment of valuable secrets, but lets face it, you can't take everything so seriously, and this is not your podcast. You maybe expecting golden secrets to unlocking the riches of the market, don't expect that here. What you will hear is the journey and experiences of two traders as they hash it out at each other, as long as no one gets hurt haha. No secrets, no mentoring, just some bs and sarcasm about trading, but if you listen carefully and weed out all the vomit talk, you may get something invaluable out of it. I'm not here to be JOHNSON or BOHEN's friend, nor would I expect to be SYKE's friend. Majority that listen would mostly be from a band of 'attention-whores' saying "look at me, look at me, i made a good trade, where's my cookie Mommy? Time to go sheepishly study..." Always looking for approval that they did something right. Don't be a degenerate gambler, listen to the podcast, take what is valuable for your journey, leave the rest at the end of the podcast. If you, didn't get it the first time, reviewing it the second time is a waste of your time. Things make much more sense when you're own journey has built on it's own time or you have winning green streaks. Cheers!Read full review »
