Very informative
I found Chelsey drone listening to Payton and instantly followed her on IG along with her podcast once she created one and new I’d love her podcast. I’m a trainer/coach myself and relate to a lot that she talks about and have listened to EVERY one (not joking). Always great topics and when she talks about stuff I’ve dealt with either personally or with clients and I just love how realistic she is and approachable with how she trains herself and clients. Def a recommend if you are just starting out with your fitness journey or years deep into it 💪🏽🤎

I find this podcast to be super informative and it really breaks down the elements of fitness to easily digestible bits. I would call myself intermediate in the fitness world and I get so much great information from it. I hope this podcast continues for a long time!
