Relatable, easy to digest, and actually useful for a newbie!
I am new to a healthier way of living and working out, so I can really relate to the past of crash diets and overdoing it on cardio so many of us experienced in the 2000s. Chelsea is so knowledgeable and fun to listen to, highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their fitness game and also just an enjoyable listen overall while driving.
