Chelsey is not here for gimmicks— she makes the basics of fitness fun and feminine. I was always resistant to strength training and high protein diets because it felt masculine and very “bro” culture for me. She has created a space for women in traditional strength training that helps me continue to feel feminine while also feeling strong. She is super knowledgeable and is a valuable resource for knowing how to get real results that will ultimately benefit you in the long run. I love listening to her!
