Highly Politically Bias
To ever imply that a Supreme Court nominee and possible Justice would ever erroneously and fraudulently cast a judicial opinion in favor of one presidential candidate over another is exactly what is wrong with the bias and immoral behavior that is being taught and rewarded these days in the media and our American culture. The only candidate that is threatening legal action and disputing the possible results of the election is Joe Biden. If we don’t have a full court, the election will continue to be contested indefinitely. For you to blame the right for this is extremely bias. For you to further infer that Judge Barrett would vote in favor of President Trump as a “favor” is ridiculous. What basis do you have for that assumption? Other than he appointed her? That is childish and ad hominem. You two are scholars? Keep your punches scholarly then. Keep the podcast non partisan as the Court is supposed to be. You may not like the President, but we are here to listen to the Court- not your ill opinions about politics.
