As a stay at home mom I find this information to be just as helpful as when I was a working mom. The three things that have been going through my mind after listening is eat food, mostly plants, be consistent but not punish myself when I make an unhealthy food choice and that what works for others will not necessarily work for me I need to listen to my body.
I am hoping Dr. Carrie will give us some healthy food ideas- how to food prep/store veggies most effectively and meal ideas.”
