Good ideas for all women
I have listened to the first three episodes so far and I will definitely continue! As a stay at home mom I find this information to be just as helpful as when I was a working mom. The three things that have been going through my mind after listening is eat food, mostly plants, be consistent but not punish myself when I make an unhealthy food choice and that what works for others will not necessarily work for me I need to listen to my body. I am hoping Dr. Carrie will give us some healthy food ideas- how to food prep/store veggies most effectively and meal ideas.

I am still behind on episodes because I listen to the episode multiple times, the episodes are very rich and I have implemented many changes to my life and mindset since I started listening to your episode but I know there is a lot of work still waiting for me. Thank you for the motivation.
