Disappointing and not so "fair and balanced."
I was really disappointed by this podcast. Too bad really, because up front it seemed like just the kind of podcast that I like to listen to.The formula: Two midly uninteresting personalities, who don't really know much about what they are talking about, bouncing things at each other that they looked up on the web, in an "I got it all written down in order on my legal pad" way. The result: Boredom. Also: The opinions of the presenters seem to have a great effect on the material presented. Some episodes are mildly disguised propaganda pieces. I would recommend an approach using interviews with experts and maybe even opposing experts when discussing more controversial topics. The production work is dry and predictible. Spend less time looking stuff up on the internet, keep your personal opinions out of your informationn and work more on your production qualities.Read full review »
