Unconventional -Inspiring and powerful
Rachel’s podcast is very inspiring. Although her approaches appear unconventional I can see links to mindfulness practices and Buddhist ideas. In a way this helped me to integrate her techniques seamlessly with my spiritual practice. What I found really helpful is demystifying alcohol use as value free, although it may be associated with consequences (wholesome and unwholesome). Her firsthand experience and challenges associated with alcohol use and the journey she took to reach where she is now makes the whole approach very powerful and compelling. Look forward to future episodes
