This is the only self help podcast I listen to now. I did explore initially but now have found a 1 podcast to be exactly what I need for my midday walk! I love your project and in am certain your are reaching and impacting sooo many people! Thanks for all you do.

This podcast has helped me recenter and ground myself when I am not feeling mentally well. I have issues with validating my own feelings and often look for validation external of myself.
