I heard Amy speak at the Rise Conference in Toronto and she blew me away when she spoke about her own issues with appearance and weight. She shared so many things that I connected with on so many levels. I couldn’t wait to listen to her podcast. It’s amazing.

Amy, you deserve better and are so well respected. I would get out from underneath the toxicity that is Rachel Hollis.

I’ve listened to Amy for years. Online Marketing Made Easy has been my favorite podcast forever. Until Talking Body. The honesty and the vulnerability that Amy brings to every episode, the questions she asks, the experts she provides for us- it was everything I’d been looking for. Amy, thank...Read full review »

I love listening to Amy— her voice and her words gave me that “you are not alone in this” feeling, as she shared things that aren’t “perfect” or very comfortable to share. It felt like sitting down with a good friend to talk about the real things and it doesn’t get any better than that.

Happy that Amy is using this platform to explore her relationship to her body but there are far more nuanced and in depth podcasts about the origins and deleterious effects of diet culture. This felt pretty dated, written for white cis women.

It’s so nice to hear a smart viewpoint on this issue. As someone who comes from a predominantly female family, I can personally and indirectly relate to all the things discussed here. I appreciate the knowledge not only to help me do better for myself, but to be a part of changing the narrative!

This podcast is giving me life, and hope and resilience amidst a time when I feel so out of control within my aging post-quarantine body. It’s the one podcast I save for quiet, alone time so I can truly be present, listen fully and reflect on my own experiences and how they so often connect with...Read full review »

This is such a great podcast, but Amy it is hard to listen to you being SO hard on yourself throughout this podcast. I love the podcast, but this one left me a bit befuddled. Why is it body shaming only includes being ‘overweight’? It does not!! I’ve been body shamed since a child for being thin. It’s just as damaging - actually it’s worse!! It’s been deemed ok to call someone skinny, thin, anorexic, etc....Read full review »

I know it’s important for all women to love their bodies.
