Wonderful but ...
This is a wonderful podcast. Engaging, easy-to-understand, and so helpful. After three episodes there's only been one actionable thing listeners can do, besides educating ourselves (and our brains) on the nature of pain. The next episode has promised to bring real skills we can employ but we're placed in a position where we have to wait for it with no guess as to when it will appear. If it was any old podcast this would be fine, and maybe exciting, but for those of us suffering from chronic pain, teasers are maybe as excruciating as the pain. Very helpful information presented in an easy- to- understand, relatable way. The episode on somatic tracking allowed me to shift my way of perceiving pain and let go of anxiety around it.
