You guys are great! I love the bantering back and forth between the two of you and your goofy, clever senses of humor. Thank you for all of the amazing information and brain science. I can’t wait for more. Your style adds to helping me bring down my intensity and fear. I don’t think somatic tracking works for me and following my breath causes my breathing to start getting panicked and hyper. Would you be able to give an alternative? Does focusing on some other positive or neutral sensation in the body help ? I’m really confused what to do.
