There is so much new data by a multitude of new researchers that validates where the person is and what is happening in their brains; and from there provide solutions. This podcast however does none of that. It is unsupportive, cliche, and reminiscent of the injurious “tough love movement” of by gone times. Instead of offering a knowledge base from which to proceed, has the feel of a marketing gimmick to build up the host. It is a smart business move though. We played it at the medical center where I work and as one person put it - if you suffer from more than a broken nail, this will not help.
