Kate has shared a wealth of information which helps people of all ages to understand common challenges, and learn about options and advantages of having ADHD. She sha es a wealth of information and these interviews are fabulous. The conversations are well-worth listening to. Here you might even find new ways to tune into your own „Zone of Genius“ or help friends and family members to build on their own strengths, instead of doubting themselves. It is well worth listening to, and sharing, this one.

This podcast used to feature cool evidence-based topics and credible authorities on the topic. Now it feels like another energy-work-masterclass sales pitch. Ugh… idk where I feel it in my body…but this baseless, cheap-click fluff hurts my ears for sure.

I found this podcast when I first started my ADHD journey and it quickly became a must listen for me. Kate and her guests have given me so much knowledge and tools to help myself. They have allowed me to name things that I have struggled with forever and that awareness is so powerful. Thanks, Kate!
