I tried about 10 other podcasts on ADHD and they were NOT helpful for me. This show truly enables me to learn, grow and address my concerns while teaching me to embrace ADHD as an adult female.

This podcast used to feature cool evidence-based topics and credible authorities on the topic. Now it feels like another energy-work-masterclass sales pitch. Ugh… idk where I feel it in my body…but this baseless, cheap-click fluff hurts my ears for sure.
