Now I feel like I’m just being sold more somatic therapy rhetoric garbage now.
This podcast used to feature cool evidence-based topics and credible authorities on the topic. Now it feels like another energy-work-masterclass sales pitch. Ugh… idk where I feel it in my body…but this baseless, cheap-click fluff hurts my ears for sure.

More reviews of The ADHD Women's Wellbeing Podcast
Thank you!! I found this first episode of the ADHD Women’s Wellbeing podcast so informative and so interesting. There were lots of aha moments and take-aways that I can see I can put into practice. I felt really inspired and uplifted after listening. Such an important topic to be talking about.

I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 40’s. I see a therapist, read books and I was questioning whether I have ADHD until listening to your podcast because I can identify with so many symptoms. I can connect the dots in my career and personal life. Thank you!!!!!

I’ve been on my ADHD journey for two years. I’m 33 and at times I feel like life will never get better, I feel like I’m going to be fighting for my life forever. This podcast is the most validating and educational thing in my journey so far. I actually feel hope. I can’t thank you enough.
