Sugar - thank you
Fantastic episode. Undiagnosed ADHD until age 54. Sugar gave me the dopamine I needed to function. I’ve become addicted and well aware. My cravings are massive and not for cakes or cookies or chocolate - things that are only sugar like sweet tarts and candy corns. I needed the immediate glucose brain food. Unfortunately I’ve developed colitis an inflammatory disease and although fit and slim am on the pre-diabetic ledge. It is time to help myself now that I am properly diagnosed and in ADHD treatment. It will be a hard journey but even small changes will help. This podcast was brilliant. Thank you. I’m also ordering the book.
