Since then, I’ve been desperately trying to learn everything I can to find the missing tools I need to be able to accomplish my goals instead of feeling like I am always floundering and failing. There are a lot of other ADHD podcasts, but few that I’d say I really hit the most critical issues and give me some real tangible things to hold onto. These are real tools to try and hopeful, positive perspectives to identify with. Thank you and please keep up the wonderful content!

Loved this first episode as it made me realise how it’s not just me! A great listen for any woman who tries to be all things to everybody but forgets to put herself in the pecking order of people to look after. I wanted to make notes it was so on the money. Can’t wait for the next episode.

Thank you kate for your honest and open podcast into the world of ADHD and well being, I thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait for the next. It gave me a huge insight into a world that I don’t know enough about but what to find out more. Well done!
