Strikes all the chords!

Since then, I’ve been desperately trying to learn everything I can to find the missing tools I need to be able to accomplish my goals instead of feeling like I am always floundering and failing. These are real tools to try and hopeful, positive perspectives to identify with. Thank you and please keep up the wonderful content!

Thank you for the episode with Kay about alcohol and adhd. I have struggled with what Kay called the “boom bust” my whole life which has included bouts of heavier drinking and sobriety and really struggling to maintain my healthy lifestyle choices.
