Genuinely life-changing podcast! Utterly brilliant.
I found this podcast by chance, and it’s changed my life! Kate Moryoussef is phenomenal. The work she’s doing - tirelessly demystifying what it means to be a woman with ADHD and providing strategies to cope - has provided me with the tools and resources to manage a midlife ADHD diagnosis and thrive. As a podcast interviewer/host, she offers a wide variety of insight into how our brains work, appealing to a huge spectrum of women. Alongside this, her ADHD Women’s Wellbeing Collective provides additional (very valuable) information at the fraction of the cost of one-on-one coaching (which I’ve also been fortunate enough to enjoy as a result of finding this podcast a while ago). Kate Moryoussef deserves way more recognition for what she’s doing than she’s had to date: I’m now thriving and am finally living a life I’m proud of, thanks to her, and I’m sure many more women are too. Thank you, Kate!
