This one’s for me
Off to set myself some boundaries! I find that I say YES to everything, all the time, and often without checking what else I have on at that time, so end up stretching myself too thin, being stressed and only half ‘there’. This has taught me I need to to respect my limits and think before I say yes so quickly! Thank you so much for an inspiring listen. Can’t wait for episode 2.
