I can’t believe I was diagnosed at 55 and I can’t believe I found this podcast!
A massive thank you to host and guests! I have lived my life in guilt and self-hatred since early childhood—for my eternal lateness, messiness, relationship weirdness; wasting my potential, money and time. The guilt is starting to lift and for the first time in decades, I feel hopeful. An acquaintance, who had been recently diagnosed with ADHD in her 40s, recognized my traits within weeks of our meeting. I was diagnosed and astonished. I had relationships with men who had been diagnosed in childhood and I had been counselled for anxiety and depression—never did I consider ADHD as a possibility. I hear my story frequently on this podcast — along with strategies and workarounds for dealing with my challenges. Now to find a coach (and possible medication) in my small city!

I love that you incorporated EFT in one of the episodes- I needed it exactly at that time and it worked… Also- keeping it simple now - only one ADD podcast in my library- yours. 🙏♥️
