I can’t tell where the advice ends and the advertising begins, sometimes seemingly mid sentence. The additional commercials are more obvious to separate out from the unsponsored suggestions and advice. Anxiety isn’t as simple as any one fast, supplement or practice and the oversimplification in the name of profit makes me uninterested in listening any further.
