Just what I needed
These are short, eye opening “pep talks” about how anxiety and stress manifest in our mental and physical selves. Mostly they illuminate how we mask (feed) our anxiety and “medicate” in ways that involve substances, procrastination, avoidance and poor self talk and how these behaviors keep anxiety present even when we (think) we aren’t feeling it. I listen to some episodes multiple times because they are so on point.
