Debate taking place in good faith
Since the Trump's election I have been trying to understand where is going the conservative movement in the USA. When I listen to Republicain polititians, I mostly hear bad faith, very, very bad faith. The Kavanaugh nomination was a good example of this Republicain bad faith, and it was unbearable to watch. But this new podcast allows us to listen to a debate where both sides express their views in good faith with rationale arguments and not with the hate and lies I hear elsewhere, mostly from the right side of the debate. This podcast is very welcomed and a renewal of the conservative movement far away from the extreme right, would be a good thing for the USA and for the world. Mr Douthat seems to be one member of this to be movement many are expecting and I respect him even if most of the time I don't agree with the values he defends.Read full review »

But I can’t condone this idea that the current state of the Rep party and its anti-science absurdist policies deserves equal time. This is not “both sides”, it’s false equivalency.
