So happy to see Nat and Baggage Reclaim is BACK!
I came across Baggage Reclaim website years ago before I truly realised it’s transformational value. Years later after some horrible relationships realising I needed to figure out why and turning to books and podcasts I rediscovered just how good Nat is. I got stuck in and bought The Joy of Saying No - really enlightening As a black British listener I find Nat so relatable, she has a really warm voice while telling you like it is. Great array of topics. I was a bit upset she stopped podcasting a while ago but I’m so happy she’s back and that we’ll have new episodes to get stuck into. Great to hear from her brother on her return episode as well!

One of my all time favorite podcasts! I would recommend this highly! Everyone can pretty much relate to many of her topics.

Nat’s honest- she’s...Read full review »
