To the blisters
I have dealt with sexual trauma the first 25 years of my life. Therapies, medications, hospitalizations and less positive coping mechanisms have been employed throughout. I have never felt an emotion where someone truly gets me. When I heard the ladies sharing their experiences I was blown away by the power of women sharing their stories and each would say that’s it-that’s what he’d done. They would then share the feeling they’ve carried all that time alone and realize there truly were others like me out there. Thank you for sharing your stories.
