Great content/ delivery so-so
This is such great content and the podcaster’s book is also wonderful. In fact, I recommend the latter with more gusto only because Dr. Alison’s delivery sets my teeth on edge. First, she talks so fast that I can hardly keep up and her tendency to over-emphasis words and speak with over-inflection is so distracting. I can only listen for short bursts because it just grates on my ears. A softer, more conversational approach would be so much more appreciated and effective. Otherwise, this is highly recommended.
