“I love that BirthFit now also has a podcast. About time Dr. Lindsey Mathews!
I have been a follower and believer in the "BirthFit cult" (haha) way before I got pregnant. It's mindset, it's chiropractic, fitness and nutrition as they put it. It's way more than just the knowledge about prenatal and postpartum shenanigans: it's a way of life that prepares you to ROCK motherhood.
I love the ladies at BirthFit Los Angeles and couldn't have done this whole pregnancy thing and now postpartum adjustment without them. I feel so lucky to have this community available to me in town and I am SO EXCITED to now be able to share the goodness through this podcast with my expecting, new moms and just ANY women friends out there who believe in empowerment through birth education.
