Drawing from my own personal experiences, I share how an emotionally abusive relationship negatively affected my mental, emotional, and physical health, and how breaking free from it led to significant healing and better health. As someone who specializes in root causes, I discuss how relationships are often overlooked as key factors affecting our health. But here’s the truth: the people you surround yourself with, particularly your intimate partner, can either help you thrive or keep you stuck in unhealthy cycles that affect your mind, body, and spirit.
