Gottah give credit.
The host Marshall Schott puts himself out there for some criticisim with his 'exbeeriment' results. Outside of him sucking himself off on his Short & Schoddy method every show and the constant sponsor shout outs, the show is actually pretty good and informative when it gets to it. But credit to Marshall cause he's atually doing it. Putting the numbers and results out there. All though I know for a fact veteran pro brewers in the game cringe about what he's putting out. - Amen BrulosphyRead full review »

Stop guessing what is good and what is bad when brewing. These guys use statistics and science to prove what’s really worth doing when brewing your next batch. If you like science and are a homebrewer, you need to hear this podcast.

You have reminded me that this is a hobby and it is supposed to be fun. Yes our goal is to make good (great) beer but having fun and enjoying it is the most important part. Love hearing your xbmnt. Thanks. Keep it up.
