“Disclaimer: I was a Senior in HS when this happened and went into the USMC 2 months afterwards. Almost two decades (and wading through the propaganda surrounding both sides of the issue) I have always wanted to know the actual story.
So I’m probably a bit beyond curious (ok, slightly obsessed)
Not just digging out the facts, the stories, and the result, but I wanted to devour the actual story.
This miniseries fulfills part of it; the podcast brings a razor sharp image of the story behind telling the accounts of what the victims/heroes/survivors lived through and the path the creators walked.
It is not only worth your while, it is a brilliant addition.”
