Egofest
Just too painful to listen to all the effusive compliments for really basic reasoning in medicine. There is great underlying content but the hosts make it about themselves, “RLR” but really they all love themselves or are insecure about themselves, or both.

Amazing content
Cases, schemas and discussion are so engaging and bring such good learning. Difficult to listen to
Some of the hosts do not speak clearly and speak too quickly to understand anything being said. It isn’t appealing to listen to for that reason.
