I don't even like comedy...
I had no particular interest in comedy before I stumbled across this podcast (I have a 'tin ear' for comedy and don't generally laugh a lot, even at things I DO find genuinely funny)... but this has, surprisingly, become one of my favourite podcasts. Stuart is a really skilled interviewer, which is a rare and special talent in this overpopulated world of podcasting. This podcast is not just for comedy fans and comedians, but also for anyone who is simply interested in how people's minds work and how they communicate their ideas. I'm so glad I found this podcast!Read full review »

Not just for comedians. Writers, people with creative aspirations, comedy fans, autobiography fans, people with anxiety.

An excellent podcast for everyone out there who enjoys comedy stand up, and wants to go beyond the show and get to know the performer! This gem of a podcast gets to the point of how and why certain comics get into comedy performing and writing! A must listen for those who like comedy....

This is a first class podcast for anyone with an above average interest in comedy. The interviews are engaging and insightful, without becoming self indulgent. If you'd like to know more about how comedy is created then you owe it to yourself to listen.Read full review »
