This podcast is both real and challenging
I have been listening to The Complicated Heart Podcast from the beginning and have since then also bought and read the book by the same name! One of the reasons I love and listen to this podcast is you get to hear real stories about real issues from real people. People, including Sarah, who are not afraid to be vulnerable and honest about both past and current struggles that you can relate to. Not only that but I listen to the episodes I don't relate to directly and am always challenged in how I think of and treat people who have gone through or are going though similar issues. This podcast has very relevant issues discussed and is honest in the struggles of life and how to practically deal with them!Read full review »

I stumbled upon this podcast from a devotional at Proverbs 31. I have so many issues in my life as a result of alcoholism and it’s effects. I’m going to go back and listen to all the episodes and have requested her books from my local library!
