“The adapative and flexible story of things that went wrong. There isn't a formula, theme or format to it: Episodes vary a lot in length and topic, and the only commonality seems to be the narrator's please in documenting human folly. But it's well made, the stories are interesting, and the storytelling is never (or at least not for long) allowed to get in the way of critical thinking. We probably shouldn't be saying it, given the topic, but: Long may it continue.”Read full review »

“Love this podcast. The host is terrific and the subject matter (a history of getting things wrong) is entertaining as hell. Mark Chrisler always has a clever take on our colossal human fuckups.”
