The episode on optometry revealed how getting a pair of glasses can be a real challenge in for some, not least due to cultural constraints. I was moved by the story of the Indian girl and her barely used spectacles.

A most needed podcast! It is one off the best I have listened to. You take up many of the ‘problems’ women of the world face everyday. Interesting too that you have two women coming from different countries/backgrounds.

What a wonderful podcast with Kim as warm, smart and highly skilled interviewer! Don’t think that this is just some place for women to be angry and vent. These are thoughtful, in-depth conversations about women’s lives, experiences and a wide range of emotions. I want to listen to every one....Read full review »

I am listening to surrogacy. It's an interesting conversation, however I am struck by what appears to be biased behavior. The African woman always speaks second, is not given as many questions, and the interviewer does not appear to be as interested in her responses. The American woman,...Read full review »
