Bring back the OGs!
I used to listen to every single episode (sometimes multiple times - as the hyponatremia one with Dr Toefl) and even went to the live episode at the 2019 ACP meeting. Love the OG hosts, they are so much fun! Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the new hosts and they annoy me so much every time...Read full review »

As an Emergency Physician who never worked inpatient or clinic in my career, now back in fellowship for addiction med, I was desperately looking for podcasts to learn some primary care. This is the one. Thanks for the hard work

Uh, Um
I love this podcast but I feel quite distracted by the number of times speakers say “uh” or “um”. It isn’t as easy to stay engaged with the episodes and I find myself opting to switch to different podcasts or older episodes for ease of listening.
