The start of so many discussions on this! I've been experimenting with nutrition. Keto for 3 months which was great, if I didn't do much. Then mixing it up a bit with, well, mixed results. I've found some very interesting tribal behaviours around the subject, and loads of confirmation bias and dissonance. After reading about Stress Overload, it all made sense. I can be hard to work out why we may feel stressed when nothing obviously stressful is happening. Being a parent, manager, director, colleague, administrator...etc can take its toll.
