HELP w/ NAFLD & Rhabdomyolysis
Hi Dr. Gundry. Was wondering if you could shed some light about plant paradox and if it’s ok for my husband to be on this diet with NAFLD, high triglycerides, and high cholesterol. Also do you know anything about recurrent rhabdo. I honestly can not workout ever again. I end up in the hospital with rhabdo. Did genetics testing for muscle myopathies, muscle biopsy, and nothing. Do you know any doctors that specialize in this type of thing for rehabilitation? Or therapy out there? I miss working out. I need those happy endorphins. I am one of thousands on a FB support group with this issue and we would love to hear your feedback. And I love your podcasts you are changing my life. Hope to schedule an appointment with you someday.

Love the Plant Paradox book and the foods have helped to heal my damaged gut. The podcast is like a continuation of the books and cookbooks as you can learn a little more each week! Dr Gundry really truly cares about his PP Peeps!!

I’ve been a “healthy” vegan for many years, but still would notice occasional tummy aches after eating certain foods (e.g. hummus) and I never understood why. It’s scary to...Read full review »
