Life changing
Dr Gundry. I am a 58-year-old man who has been taking blood pressure and diabetes medicine for 20 years. I began the plant paradox programme on October 1st and have been absolutely committed every Day. I believe I have consumed 1000 pounds of great vegetables and about 100 gallons of Olive oil it seems. I am never hungry and I never crave anything on the no list. Once a week shellfish and I am happy to report that I have no aches and pains my blood sugar has dropped 140 points on average waking up my doctor has taken me completely off of 1000 mg of Metformin and Glipizide. A1c is down to 5.6 this morning from 10.9 on September 22. And I am completely medicine free for diabetes. Within 90 days my body has transformed and I feel like I’m 18. Consequently by feeling better and losing 40 pounds ( 271 on October 1st to 228 today) in 3 1/2 months. I journal my food consumption daily on a free application called lose it. I consume on average 1000 cal a day and I am always completely full. I have begun walking and light weight workouts Several times a week. I have purchased the plant paradox for several friends. The problem is having to temper my enthusiasm because I am so excited about this discovery that I want to share with everyone. Love this podcast! I always come away with helpful and insightful dietary information. Question: I’ve been using nutritional yeast as a cheese substitute in scrambled eggs. Do you have an opinion on the health benefits, or lack of them, in consuming nutritional yeast?
