this week we discuss the dread that comes with doing something you know you need to do but don't want to, and the dread that comes with not doing what you need to do but having it in the back of your mind that you should have. I love this idea of "dread sprints" from Brooke Castillo's, The Life Coach Podcast. I love this concept and want to put my own spin on it so that not only can we be more motivated to be productive and move toward our goals, BUT we can work on changing the view we have on things that might now be dreadful to us, to eventually more enjoyable. enjoy xxx
