We’ve been to 8 different therapist and I believe many of the things we learned actually hurt our relationship. For the first time in a long time, I feel we have the chance to make it.

I listened to several episodes and I find a lot of the advice is really condescending to women and lets emotionally immature men off the hook. I believe one person can do a lot to change a relationship but the tone of this seems insulting to women.

I have concern for abused women who follow Laura. You need to know your husband’s behavior and treatment of you is NOT your fault. Seek resources on abuse - which does not have to be physical abuse.

I have read and listened to Laura for more than 7 years now. Every time I slack in reminding myself of these skills, my relationships suffer. She has nailed down concretely and hat even the Bible teaches about marriage, making it understandable and attainable

I started listening a few months ago. It took some time to accept and adjust to ha was being said. I had to make my heart available and open my mind to be able to receive. Change wasn’t instant, but it was gradual. Now, I’ve told all my sister wives to get into this.
