Being someone who struggles with depression and anxiety, I’ve been told many times the importance of keeping my energy up and eating well but never really took it into consideration. After listening to this podcast though, I gained a much better understanding of this positive correlation. Looking back I’ve left myself susceptible to feeling anxious or depressed many times due to a lack of energy. I always just assumed I was more tired due to being depressed. I’ll definitely keep listening !”
