Important and entertaining show
Floris is an incredible host and his enthusiasm for the low heart rate training comes through on every message. His message is quite simply that we can run slower in training to actually get in better shape, get better times, and most importantly be injury free and healthy! The training methods and messages that Floris is connecting with his guests on are vitally important for our world today where we are all overtrained, stressed, and not listening to our bodies. Floris is great at connecting with the guests and it is a joy to listen to people’s journeys to fitness and health, and I am also picking up motivation and tips for my own training!

I really like this show by Floris. I use low heart rate training and I believe in it. I am into 3 months with MAF training and I get lot of tips and encouragement from this show to be motivated.
