Thoughtful, well informed, easy to listen to
With a major focus on interviewing runners of all levels, as well as experts, in the field of low heart rate training, Floris Gierman has created a tremendous resource for those curious or indeed passionate about this space in running. If you’re looking to improve your marathon PR and run/train without injury, this podcast is highly recommended. Floris Gierman’s podcast has personally had a huge impact on my running development. I have now been injury free for more than 15 months and I ran my first marathon (Chicago) in 3:48 with a negative split at the age of 56 thanks to the advice and tips in the podcast. To top it off, he’s also a lovely guy sharing his passion for running in a relaxed, easy to listen conversational format.
