So motivating!
Ashley gives so much amazing advice about holistic ways to lose weight and be healthy in a way that works for busy families and working moms. I look forward to each weeks episodes because I know Ashley is going to motivate me to take action to feel better. She tells you exactly what to do!!!

Finally, something so enjoyable and simple to listen to! SO many great, practical tips to take the “next right step” in your health. Thyroid, Menopause, Wt.
