I love the way that fasting is explained, including medical and anecdotal information. Episodes are wrapped up with actionable steps as they describe in their intro. I have been working my way through all the episodes and have found insights to take away from each one so far. Thank you!

A couple months ago one of you was going through a 7 day fast and you explained how you were feeling at that point. but we never heard what the results were of that extended fast can u update us. For us that only do omad hearing others testimony may encourage me to go longer.
