Excellent Info!!!
Thanks for sharing so much info and so many practical tips! Can you address the issue of resistant starch and it’s effect on insulin? Especially cooking potatoes and pasta and then cooking them and eating cold or reheating. Thx!!

A suggestion
Enjoying the podcast so far. Although I would suggest refraining from answering a question with - “this question will be the bain of my existence”.
